It is interesting to hear how together Joe is after having so much struggle at the beginning. I suppose boys who are effeminate still get picked on the same way Joe was during his youth - it would be nice to think that this has changed but I doubt it.

I'm with you Ramble, I could never have an open relationship. I think I wear my heart on my sleeve and I would be crazy jealous.

I suppose it would be too personal a question to ask, but I wonder if Joe's relationship is open?

This was a really interesting discussion. Loved it and cant wait for Part 2! I could identify with his youth and being bullied for being slightly effeminate, not liking sports but rather singing in the choir etc!!
Interesting about having an open relationship. I would be too jealous and would cause too many problems.

Joe is my therapist and my friend and I have to say he is the real deal. He lives what he preaches and is one of the most genuine, caring people I've ever met.

This interview was great - thanks for having him on your show!
