Exercise - just for the fun of it
Hi Everyone
No new shows yet - but I wanted to write and tell you all that I have started a new exercise program and wanted to make a post on my site and will talk about in my podcast in order to hold me accountable to it. I have had a goal of reaching the weight of 170 lbs and I am finally going to do in 2006. I have only 15 lbs to go and so cross those fingers and I will get there!
After I had dinner with the family I came out and did a 40 minute workout - it was great!
